List International Realty (LIR), the parent company of List Sotheby’s International Realty, recently appointed Kosuke Kitajima as its new brand ambassador. The Olympic gold medalist will star in a new marketing campaign that integrates television, print and digital advertising.

“I’m very proud to serve as brand ambassador for List Sotheby’s International Realty, an esteemed brokerage with a rich, 25-year history in Japan,” said Kitajima. “‘Focus on Results’ is the theme of this marketing campaign, which is not only my competitive credence, but also what List Sotheby’s International Realty does for every one of its clients.”

Presented in a variety of mediums, the new campaign features Kitajima, a famed swimmer and gold medalist in the 100-meter and 200-meter breaststroke, diving in the Yokohama International Swimming Pool, the venue where he won his first gold medal in an international competition. List Sotheby’s International Realty has launched print and television advertisements in Tokyo and Yokohama, and the public is invited to view the commercials via social media and at the List Sotheby’s International Realty website.

The partnership between List Sotheby’s International Realty and Kitajima is in effect now through 2020, counting down to the XXXII Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo.
